My six-year-olds at school keep asking for links in Spanish to do meditations and yoga at home. These are the ones they like best and we will be adding more as we find them.
This symbaloo was created with the purpose of providing information to staff members who are interested in either exploring or implementing mindfulness for themselves/students.
